  • Use apple peeler to peel and core apples (PROP) 
  • Slice up apples 
  • Ice cold water 
  • Lemon Juice 
  • Salt 
  • Don’t turn brown

  • Ingredients 
  • Slowly heat and stir until thick

  • Add apples and brine to the top 
  • Put on lid and cover

Boiling 

  • Hot water bath (VIDEO) 
  • Big pot of boiling water 
  • Metal thing 
  • Holds 6 mason jars at a time 
  • 20 minutes 
  • Pull up the mason jars 
  • Check to make sure they are sealed

  • Go about it as you choose 
  • Pour jar into crust and bake
